Maharishi Ayurveda has a sophisticated in-house R&D Centre accredited by the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. A team of highly qualified researchers are engaged in applied research on standardization of medicinal plants and poly herbal formulations, determining influences of industrial and agricultural pollution on natural sources of health and development of newer drugs for various ailments affecting humanity.
R&D Centre also backs up the stringent quality control measures in maintaining high quality of the formulations.
All the R&D Projects of the centre are designed, directed and reviewed regularly by a Research Advisory Committee comprising Senior Scientists of International repute. Research is an integral part of Maharishi Ayurveda and we have a separate full fledged Clinical Evaluation Department whose responsibility is to contact premier Hospitals and Institutions for conducting clinical trials on Maharishi Ayurveda products.
Maharishi Ayurveda has clinical evaluation of its products in the following fields to its credit and many of the papers are published in various foreign and Indian journals. Also, products such as - Livomap, Asthomap, Glucomap and others are under various stages of Clinical Assessment.
